Where do I check in?
You will need to park at the car park closest to the check-in point – (check-in point may change depending on the weather)
Step 1: Park in your assigned car park as per the above table.
Step 2: Follow signage and guidance from carpark attendants to your check-in point. Your car will need to remain in the carpark until you have your room key and are ready to bring your belongings inside.
Step 3: Return to your car and follow the map to an allocated point to drop off your belongings (We recommend bringing a friend or family member to assist with taking your belongings to your room). We only have limited trolleys, therefore; if you have your own, this may make your move-in a little quicker. Porter service is charged at a minimum of $40 for 30 minutes. If you require a porter you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours prior to your arrival so that we can organise a designated time to assist you.
Step 4: Once you have removed your belongings from your car you will need to return the car to the car park and start moving your things inside. As mentioned before, we recommend bringing a friend or family member to assist with taking your belongings to your room.
Step 5: If moving in between 9:00 am to 11:00 am: Head over to the Accommodation Services Office in the Menzies building to enjoy a BBQ breakfast!
